Initiatives multiply. Some do the same thing.
I set up a single entry point: every idea is qualified, compared with what exists and prioritised by its value to the business.

Fractional Head of AI · Fractional CPTO · Paris, Brussels and remote
The portfolio exists. Initiatives multiply, sometimes twice over. Each team builds its own agent, and IT discovers the projects when it is time to secure them. A Fractional Head of AI sets up an AI programme under IT governance: prioritising use cases, delivering the first solutions and preparing your teams to take over.

Things worth saying
I set up a single entry point: every idea is qualified, compared with what exists and prioritised by its value to the business.
Agents and components are designed to serve several use cases. A shared catalogue avoids rebuilding what already exists.
Architecture and security are part of scoping from day one. I work with the CISO and architects, within your standards, including ISO 27001.
I connect the executive committee, IT, the business and tech leads. Every use case delivered is tied to a tracked metric.
What I have already done
I built the product organisation, hired the product owners and defined design and delivery methods with the CTO, across several products at once.
Four new SaaS products and four major extensions delivered in under six months.
I led the AI transformation of support: listening to calls, mapping journeys, choosing use cases, then gradually deploying an assistant and prepared replies in Zendesk.
46% of tickets handled without an agent, and resolution time cut by 60%.
ECP Companion serves a European citizens’ panel in 24 languages. In three months: audit, architecture, fixes, 176 pull requests reviewed and explained, and a way of working the team keeps.

The ClairAI offer
I take responsibility for the AI programme with leadership and IT: operating model, roles, processes, rituals, backlog and prioritisation. With your teams, I deliver the first prototypes, then their integration and production. I work in your Microsoft 365 and Copilot environment, within the group’s architecture and security framework.
An engagement starts with a two-week assessment, then two to three days a week for three to six months. Scope, pace and format, fixed price or time and materials, are set in writing before we start. I work directly or through the consulting firm that introduces me.
Let’s talk about your AI programmeHow we work
Use-case portfolio, ongoing initiatives, technical platform, architecture and security rules. You receive a reasoned prioritisation and the proposed operating model.
Roles, processes, rituals and backlog, agreed with IT. A clear path for a business idea to become a qualified use case, without slowing teams down.
Fast prototypes on real data, tests, integration into the information system and production. Agents and components are documented for reuse.
Your tech leads and teams take over the programme, the agent catalogue and the methods. The handover is gradual and planned from the start.
“A use case counts when it is in production and someone uses it.”
I talk to the executive committee in the morning and open the code editor in the afternoon. Decisions made in committee reach the code intact, and what is delivered respects the framework agreed with IT.

The questions that matter
A part-time head of AI. They set up and run the company’s AI programme: framework set with leadership and IT, use cases prioritised with the teams, delivery of the first solutions and handover to internal teams. With you, it is two to three days a week, with a real seat in decisions.
The same format, for product and technical leadership: roadmap, team, technical choices and budget. It suits startups after a funding round and acquired companies whose products must converge.
From scoping onwards. The group’s architecture and security requirements are part of the prioritisation criteria. I work with the CISO and architects within your standards, including ISO 27001, with named access limited to what is needed.
Yes. I work in our clients’ Microsoft 365 and Copilot environments, with Copilot Studio for agents, following the integration rules set by IT.
With the teams, I select the use cases that serve a metric, then put them into production: data, answer quality, costs, security and team adoption. At Home Partners of America, part of the Blackstone group, I led the customer service automation of a platform of more than 30,000 homes.
Yes. A consulting firm can introduce me for an engagement with its client. Format, duration and everyone’s role are set in writing before the start. An investment fund can also introduce me to a portfolio company.
Usually three to six months, after a two-week assessment. The end of the engagement is prepared from the start: your teams take over the programme, or I prepare the person who will take the role.
