Professional practices · Websites and search visibility

Someone recommends you. They visit your site. They hesitate.

You spent years building your reputation. Your website should make people want to call. An outdated page, unclear services and a broken form do it no favours.

A direct contact · Content approved before publication · Access stays in your name

On va parler franchement.

Things worth saying

Your reputation deserves a better website.

01

“Expertise. Personal service. Excellence.” Fine. What exactly do you do?

Visitors want an answer to their situation. Clear pages explain your services, how you work and how to contact you.

02

Your practice evolves. Your website is still in 2019.

A changed team, missing services, outdated information: your online presence should reflect the practice as it is today.

03

Your name is below the text. You should have approved it.

Content is prepared from your professional work and reviewed by you before publication. Your profession’s rules are part of the brief.

04

Your website belongs to you. So does your access.

The domain, content and access remain in the practice’s name. Rights and dependencies are examined before any takeover.

Pages that explain your work

Specific expertise.
A reason to call you.

Illustrative editorial examples: services and wording are adapted to your practice, then approved by you.

Accountancy

“Starting a company? What should you decide before you begin?”

Explain the steps, the information to prepare and how the practice supports the business owner.

A page about starting a business. Another about payroll or managing a French property company (SCI), if you actually offer those services.

Law firms

“Your first consultation: how should you prepare?”

Present the areas covered, useful documents and how the first conversation works.

Information reviewed by the practice, adapted to professional rules, with no promise of a favourable outcome.

Architects · Engineering consultancies

Show the project. Explain your role.

Documented projects: context, constraints, the assignment and work completed. References demonstrate your expertise.

Published photos and information are chosen with you.

Consulting · Brokerage · Other professional practices

Visitors should understand whether you can help them.

The situations you support, sectors covered and stages of an assignment. For medical practices: reasons for consultation, directions, hours and bookings.

Content depends on your activity and the rules applicable to your profession.

No contract to transfer?

The right scope.
The price upfront.

One-off update · Outside a transfer

Get the existing site back into shape.

€1,500 excluding VAT

Technical faults fixed, pages and tags organised, and the Google Business Profile aligned with the website. A fixed price for the agreed scope.

New package · Outside a transfer

Regular work on your visibility.

€1,290 excluding VAT / month

Five to ten articles per month, an opportunity review and updates to existing pages based on traffic trends. Six-month commitment. Content approved before publication.

These prices apply to a new service outside a transfer. The transfer offer below keeps your current subscription price with no takeover fees. A new site or complete redesign is quoted separately.

The ClairAI offer

Change your agency. Keep your budget.

Already paying for support or SEO? We offer to take over at the same subscription price with no transfer fees. The services and planned improvements are set out before you decide.

Same price for the transferred contract. Zero takeover fees. Your deadlines and access are reviewed before the handover.

My practice deserves better

How we work

You see what is moving forward.

  1. 01

    We discuss your practice.

Your services, the work you want to grow, your website and its current provider.

  2. 02

    You receive a clear proposal.

Scope, price, priorities and transfer. A new website or complete redesign is quoted separately.

  3. 03

    You review. We publish.

Website faults are addressed. Pages explain your services, and content awaits your approval.

  4. 04

    You see what changes.

Pages improved, Google clicks, opportunities and enquiries: actions and measures remain distinct.

“The practice is professional. Its website should show it.”

Precise information, reviewed content and a working contact route. Your website should help people understand whether you can support them.

Let’s get acquainted

We should talk if…

This sounds like you.

  • Your practice is established, with a reputation better than its website suggests.
  • You have specific services to explain and some you want to grow.
  • You can review content published in your name.

Let’s be clear.

  • No Google ranking or number of new cases is guaranteed.
  • Publication requires your review and approval.
  • A complete redesign and a simple contract transfer have different scopes.

The questions that matter

What does that mean in practice?

My profession restricts advertising. Is this compatible?

Everything is published in your name and under your responsibility: you review and approve each page before it goes live. Content describes your work and answers client questions, with no comparisons or promised outcomes. If a passage appears incompatible with your professional body’s rules, it is not published.

Contract transfer or a new engagement: what does it cost?

If you already have support or SEO under contract, ClairAI offers to take over at the same subscription price without transfer fees. Scope and deadlines are defined before the handover. A one-off update outside a transfer costs €1,500 excluding VAT. A new monthly package costs €1,290 excluding VAT, with five to ten articles, an opportunity review and updates to existing pages over six months. A new site or complete redesign is quoted separately.

Why five to ten articles rather than a fixed number?

An in-depth guide to a procedure takes different work from a short answer to a common question. The number is set each month according to the subjects chosen, never below five. Some months, improving a page losing rankings is more valuable than another article: the monthly review guides that decision.

How much of my time does it take?

Ten minutes to get started, reviewing content and answering a few questions each month about your work. Writing, publication and tracking are included.

Do you guarantee a Google ranking?

No, and nobody can honestly promise that. We aim for initial progress in three to six months. We measure the starting point and track Google clicks month by month in the practice’s Search Console.

Who writes the content?

Writing is included. It starts with your work: you answer a few questions, we write the copy, then you review it before publication.

Ready for action?

You take care of your cases. Expect the same from your website.

Send your practice’s website address and what no longer works for you. If you have a current contract, include its scope and price to prepare the takeover.
