BOOST · EXTRA SUPPORT INSIDE YOUR TEAM

Your projects are waiting. Your team has no time. We’ll handle it.

The website to rebuild. Content to publish. Tools to simplify. Our founder joins your team two to three days a week for two to three months, with our specialists as the projects require, working on the priorities we choose together.

2–3 days per week · 2–3 months · Rate agreed before starting

On va parler franchement.

TO DO. TO DO. SHALL WE START?

AI to put to work.Waiting.
A priority list does not do the work.
WE JOIN. WE DELIVER. WE HAND OVER.
Inside your team.Your tools. Your meetings. A real colleague.
Work delivered.Agreed priorities. Visible progress.

Things worth saying

You know what needs doing. You need someone to do it.

01

The website waits for the right moment.

A page to fix, a form to check, a postponed redesign. Daily work wins every time.

02

Everyone tries AI. Separately.

We choose useful tasks, permitted tools and checks. Then we support the team on real cases.

What we take on

Five possible workstreams.
Your priorities first.

01 / Boost

Your website, repaired or rebuilt

Slow pages, forms that no longer send, outdated content, a tool nobody dares change. We fix what can be fixed and rebuild what needs rebuilding, to deliver a fast website your team knows how to update.

02 / Boost

A content strategy, with content published

With your experts, we choose the services to explain and the customer questions to answer. We prepare well-sourced pages, get them approved and publish them. We track visibility and enquiries.

03 / Boost

Agentic AI workflows for your teams

We identify repetitive tasks weighing on the team: answering enquiries, meeting minutes, reporting and entry between two systems. We set up AI agents connected to your tools that prepare the work and await human approval before any important action.

04 / Boost

AI training and coaching

Shared foundations for the whole team, with individual support for those who want to go further. We also address the framework: which data to entrust to which tool, GDPR, and what the European AI Act expects of an organisation like yours.

05 / Boost

Fractional product and tech leadership

Your product needs a leader more than extra hands: our founder acts as your CPTO two days a week. Roadmap, trade-offs, team, technical choices and AI put into production.

The fractional CPTO option (in French) →

Doing everything in three months is not always realistic. We choose the scope before starting.

Example engagement · Illustrative journey

Fix. Simplify.
Hand over.

01 / Make first contact reliable

Customers must be able to reach you.

Check forms and service pages, fix priority faults and establish a baseline for enquiry tracking.

02 / Simplify a recurring task

Time savings must be checked.

Test preparing a reply or meeting minutes using approved examples. Measure total time and corrections before sharing the method.

03 / Prepare the handover

The team knows how to continue.

Document tools and content, have the future owner repeat the operations, and agree post-assignment follow-up.

What you keep · Depending on agreed scope

The work stays with you.

  • A repaired or rebuilt website, hosted and managed in your name.
  • A content strategy, published content and a calendar the team can maintain.
  • Working AI agents and automations, documented with approval rules.
  • A trained team, an AI use policy and a list of approved tools.
  • Handover documentation: what was done, how to maintain it and who to contact.

The weekly check-in takes 30 minutes. Workshops, trials and reviews require additional time slots agreed with you. Actual deliverables depend on the chosen scope.

Your organization

Small business. Agency. Nonprofit.
Work waiting to happen.

Growing companies and small businesses

the business has grown faster than the website, content and internal tools. We bring them up to the standard of the company you have become.

Agencies

clients come before your own website and methods. We look after your own setup while your teams focus on delivery.

Associations, foundations and NGOs

a small team, many responsibilities and a site that must convince donors, volunteers and partners. We work within your governance rules and respect the sensitivity of your data.

Hiring, agency or embedded support: choose by need

Recruiting : recruitment suits a lasting need. For a list of projects to tackle in a few months, compare recruitment time, onboarding and the oversight required.

Hiring an agency for each topic : specialists can help with a defined scope. With several providers, plan for coordinating priorities, access and approvals too.

Giving it to the team : this works if someone has the time and skills. We first assess what can stay within the team and where extra help is needed.

Boost : a single point of contact, our founder, two to three days a week in your tools and meetings, supported by our specialists as the projects require. The work gets done, not just recommended. The end date is known from the start, with a handover planned so things continue without us.

The ClairAI offer

Extra hands. A direction. An end date.

We work with you two to three days a week for two to three months. The rate depends on duration and chosen projects. After a 30-minute discussion, you receive a priced proposal.

No automatic renewal. Scope and deliverables are defined before you agree.

Here’s what is waiting

How we work

You see what is moving forward.

  1. 01

    We take stock.

We talk for 30 minutes, remotely or at your premises. You describe to our founder the team, pending topics and what has prevented progress so far.

  2. 02

    You decide.

We send a proposal: duration, days on the team, priority projects and price. Nothing starts before you agree.

  3. 03

    We set priorities.

In the first week, we join your tools and assess the situation. You receive a list of projects ranked by expected impact and choose the order.

  4. 04

    We deliver each week.

Each week, we deliver work and hold a 30-minute check-in: what is done, what comes next and what you need to decide. Between meetings, our founder is in your team chat and meetings like a colleague.

  5. 05

    Your team takes over.

The final weeks focus on handover: documentation, training for those taking over, and accounts and access in your name.

“We come to move the work forward. Then leave you the keys.”

Accounts, tools and hosting in your name. Documentation, training and handover planned. The goal is for the team to continue after the engagement.

Let’s get acquainted

We should talk if…

This sounds like you.

  • You have a budget, but nobody internally has time to own these topics.
  • You want someone to do the work, not another report of recommendations.
  • Someone on your side can decide priorities for 30 minutes a week and provide the necessary access.

Let’s be clear.

The questions that matter

What does that mean in practice?

How much does Boost cost?

The price depends on duration, days per week and the projects selected. Contact us: after a first 30-minute conversation, you receive a priced proposal before any commitment. There is no automatic renewal.

How much time does our team need to set aside?

Plan for an initial conversation, setting up access and a weekly 30-minute check-in with someone who can make decisions. Workshops, training, testing and content reviews are additional. These sessions are specified in the proposal and scheduled with the team.

Can all four topics really be covered in three months?

Not always, and it is better to say so upfront. The first week ranks projects by expected impact. We tackle the most important first, and the proposal specifies what is realistic in the chosen period.

What happens to our access and data?

We use individual accounts with only the access needed, which you revoke at the end. Accounts, hosting and tools are created in your name. A confidentiality agreement can be signed before exchanging documents.

Are you a lawyer for the AI Act and GDPR?

No. We train teams on the obligations relevant to them, including the AI literacy required since February 2025 by the European regulation for organisations using these tools, and set up practical rules. For legal analysis, we work with your lawyer or DPO.

What happens at the end?

The final weeks are reserved for handover: documentation, training for those taking over and access in your name. You can then continue alone, extend by a month or give us a specific assignment. Nothing renews without your agreement.

Ready for action?

Your list is ready. Let’s move the first tasks forward.

Tell us what your organisation does and the two or three tasks that have waited too long. We’ll see whether Boost is the right support.
