AI training for small businesses · Montreuil, Vincennes and nearby areas

Your team took an AI course. What do they do differently?

A day of slides. A list of prompts. On Monday, the same tasks, the same copying and pasting, the same hours lost. At ClairAI, we work on your cases with the people handling them.

Programme prepared with you · Fixed price before training · Exercises adapted to skill levels

On va parler franchement.

TRAINED ON FRIDAY. AND MONDAY?

Saved prompts.Then what?
An impressive answer.Checked?
Time supposedly saved.Measured?
A certificate does not do the work for you.
THE SKILLS MUST STAY.
Your cases.Documents chosen with you before the session.
Your team.Exercises adapted to roles and skill levels.
The real saving.Including review and corrections.

Things worth saying

The following Monday matters more than the demo.

01

A prompt collection is not a skill.

Providing context, spotting a wrong answer and repeating the work without the trainer: that is what we practise.

02

Generated in 30 seconds. Corrected in 45 minutes. What did you save?

Generation speed is not enough. We compare total time, output quality and the corrections required.

03

Sales experiments. So does accounts. Nobody talks.

We share useful methods across teams, with common rules for data and validation.

04

Your business is not a training exercise.

Approved documents, your constraints and real tasks: cases are prepared with you before the session.

An exercise. Not a magic trick.

The writing is polished.
The decisions are wrong.

Fictional training example: turning meeting notes into minutes. The people and case below were invented for the exercise.

01 / The source document

The team’s notes.

Project Atlas — Tuesday update.

Léa will prepare the quote by Friday.

The client still needs to confirm the budget.

Delivery: date to be agreed after approval.

The instruction: prepare minutes with decisions, owners and deadlines, without inventing missing information.

02 / An AI draft to check

It reads well. That is not enough.

Léa will prepare the quote by Friday.

The budget is approved by the client.

Delivery is scheduled for Friday.

Two unsupported statements have been added. Spotting them is part of the work.

See the corrections and checks

Budget: awaiting confirmation.

Delivery: date not yet set.

Friday is the deadline for the quote, not the delivery.

“The team must be able to say: this answer is wrong.”

Compare with the source, distinguish decisions from open questions, correct and approve. Fluent presentation does not prove a result is accurate.

Time actually saved

We also count
the time spent checking everything.

Fictional example: preparing meeting minutes. These figures illustrate the comparison method; they are not a client result.

Total time includes preparation, writing and checking.
StageUsual methodWith AI
Prepare notes5 min8 min
Write20 min2 min
Check and correct10 min8 min
Total35 min18 min

In this example, the saving is 17 minutes. It only counts if decisions, owners and deadlines are accurate after review. With 30 minutes of corrections, the total would rise to 40 minutes: the use case would need rethinking.

Repeating the comparison on several cases, including an incomplete one, helps decide whether the method is worth sharing.

Your practical cases

The programme starts
with your working day.

Sales · Communications · Consulting

A proposal built on the right facts.

Structure a brief, prepare for a meeting, find useful references and write a first proposal for review.

We check commitments, figures and client information before use.

Operations · Technical · Administration

The right document. The right information.

Prepare a service report, identify a case’s requirements or find a procedure with its sources.

We define usable documents and decisions that still need team approval.

These are illustrative ideas. Exercises are chosen with you before training. How should you choose your first use cases?

The ClairAI offer

Bring a task that takes too much time.

We start there. A workshop on a shared task or several sessions by role: we build the programme with the team, according to skill levels and target use cases.

Programme, duration, fixed price and required tools specified before training. Materials, examples and checkpoints given to the team.

How we work

You see what is moving forward.

  1. 01

We review what you already do.

Your tools, AI experiments, repetitive tasks and the people involved. A first 20-minute conversation.

  2. 02

    We prepare your cases.

Usable documents, expected results, participants’ levels and data rules. You approve the programme and price.

  3. 03

    The team practises and checks.

Shared foundations, then work-specific exercises. We identify errors and learn when a result is ready to use.

  4. 04

A colleague must be able to repeat it.

Examples, a method and checkpoints. We define how to track total time and corrections after the session.

“A useful method must survive the trainer leaving.”

For colleagues already creating their own tools, we can go further: a small work assistant, automation, tests and documentation. The level adapts to the people.

Let’s get acquainted

We should talk if…

This sounds like you.

  • Your team spends time on proposals, meeting minutes or searching for information.
  • Colleagues already use AI without a shared method.
  • You want to compare before and after on your own tasks.

Let’s be clear.

  • A general course without your cases does not fit this approach.
  • The team needs time for exercises and checking.
  • If you want a tool delivered and maintained, let’s discuss an application project instead.

The questions that matter

What does that mean in practice?

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. The shared foundations are for everyone, whatever their level. People already creating their own tools can go further with dedicated exercises.

What happens to our documents and data?

Before the session, we choose suitable documents together. Knowing which data to give AI is part of the method, with clear rules for confidential information.

How long is the training, and what does it cost?

The format depends on participant numbers, skill levels, cases to prepare and follow-up needs: one workshop on a shared task or several sessions for different roles. The proposal specifies the programme, duration, fixed price and required tools or subscriptions before work starts.

What does the team take away?

Materials, examples worked through together and a method for checking results. For each chosen use, we specify usable data, working steps and checkpoints. Measures cover time spent, corrections needed and output quality.

How will we know the training was useful?

We compare before and after on the selected tasks: time spent, corrections needed and output quality. Together, we define how to track these in everyday work.

Ready for action?

The trainer has left. The skills must stay.

Tell us which task takes too long, how many people are involved and what they already use. We will prepare a programme around that reality.
